Online Orders
Orders are subject to being in-stock at the time of dispatch. Exact numbers of plants are not known until lifting is complete.

Orders can be placed from the 1st June onwards for new seasons/bare root roses and we strongly advise that you order early to avoid disappointment as we work on a "first come, first served " basis. Therefore, the earlier you order, the sooner you get your order when roses are ready.

New season/bare root roses are dispatched from mid-November onwards (weather permitting). All orders are posted by Christmas unless otherwise instructed.

Potted roses will be dispatched between April and October, as soon after the order is received as possible unless otherwise instructed.

Unpaid orders will only be reserved until the end of December, after which they will be returned to stock (unless a later delivery has been agreed).

Payment
All Cheques should be made payable to Apuldram Roses.
Credit Cards are not deducted until the day of dispatch of your order.
No roses will be dispatched without payment upfront.
Prices shown include VAT and we reserve the right to change them without notice. Prices indicated cancels all previous issues.

Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders should be paid within 14 days. All roses remain the property of Apuldram Roses until account is paid in full.

Delivery
Our roses are dispatched on an overnight service, or can be delivered on a date you request. We will do our very best to deliver on time but the service is not guaranteed and can be subject to conditions outside of our control.

We deliver online orders to UK and Europe only. However, we can supply roses to the rest of the world IF you can supply the correct import licenses. Prices are on request. Please contact us to arrange overseas delivery.

Only Bare Root roses can be delivered outside UK (Potted Roses are NOT available).

Export
Export orders will be treated on a quotation basis, as documentation and carriage fees are highly variable. Upon receipt of order, we will advise by return email the total cost. Please note that due to import/export restrictions we do not export to countries outside the European Communities.

We are unable to extend our guarantee to roses supplied overseas as we cannot control the time spent in transit and customs.

Rose Border Collections
These are stand alone, and are not in conjunction with any other offers.

Substitutes
We reserve the right to substitute a variety in a collection with one of equal colour and merit, in the event of it becoming sold out earlier in the season. No other substitutions will occur without prior consultation with the customer.

Guarantee
We will replace any rose purchased in the autumn which has not grown by the 1st June 2007, provided we are satisfied that the rose was cared for in a proper way. No replacements or refunds can be given if loss is due to abnormal weather conditions, bad planting, lack of maintenance, neglect, planting in old rose beds and any other conditions beyond our control. In the event of a refund or replacement you will need to send us either the plant or a photograph (at cost to the customer).

All descriptions, colours and heights described in our catalogue are as accurate as possible. We believe all goods grown and sold by us to be of the description and kind specified at the time of sale, but give no warrant, expressed or implied as to the growth or productiveness.

All goods must be inspected on arrival and should there be any cause for complaint, please notify us within three days of receipt.

Names of Roses
When a rose is bred it is given a registered name by which it is known internationally. Thereafter it can be given a different name in any country where it is grown. The name given in brackets is the registered name.
