A Morning of Slow Stitching

Slow Stitching is a mindful, creative practice of hand sewing that emphasizes the process and joy of creating, rather than focusing on perfection or speed. It's about enjoying the act of stitching and conecting with the materials and process moment. Often called Stitch Meditation.

1. Choose a piece of backing, a few pieces of fabric and some thread.

2. Hand stitch your fabric onto your backing with little or no plan.

3. Allow yourself to relax as you stitch.

All materials supplied with kits available to purchase as well.
