Where do we deliver
We deliver to UK Mainland. (England, Scotland and Wales) With regret, we cannot send to Europe, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Highlands and Scottish Isles or the Channel Isles and beyond.
For other destinations please contact us to arrange delivery and confirm charges. During the bare root season we may be able to ship via the post office to other locations.
How quickly are plants delivered?
Our rose plants are dispatched from the nursery within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends). To keep the plants as fresh as possible we aim to dispatch within 24 hours, and don't dispatch on a Friday to avoid any plants being left in transit over the weekend. Saturday deliveries are possible but expensive, so they must be pre-arranged.
We use APC Delivered, DPD, Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our preferred delivery partners.
Please note bare root plants might take longer to dispatch depending on the variety you have ordered. If you require a specific delivery date please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping for all our rose essentials cost £4.95 to send, unless stated.

Local delivery
​
If you live in the Chichester area within 8km of our nursery we offer local delivery for £2. If you are eligible for local delivery it will give you the option when you checkout

Click and Collect
You can also collect your order from our nursery for free during our opening hours. Please select this option at checkout

Returns
​
Potted rose returns
If your rose is damaged in any way during delivery, we will replace it with a new one. Please call us and explain the issue, and we will do our best to help.

Bare root returns
​​
If your bare root rose does not spring into life in the Spring, we will replace it with a potted rose. This ensures you won't lose any growing time for your roses. Please retain your proof of purchase for bare root returns. To make sure your bare root roses thrive, please follow our guide for receiving bare root roses.
