'Fiona' is a charming shrub rose that produces abundant deep carmine-red, semi-double flowers throughout the summer. It features a free-flowering habit, with blooms beautifully contrasted by lush, serrated, glossy green leaves. Growing to approximately 90cm in height and width, it has a subtle fragrance and is an excellent cut flower.
